Lakewood
William J. O’Neal, 40, has been appointed director of public works for the City of Lakewood. O’Neal replaces Lee Kramer, who retired.
O’Neal, who will be paid $40,000 a year, formerly was director of engineering services and city engineer for Buena Park.
