Single-Family Homes Open in Dana Point

Stratford at the Pacific, a $13.5-million development of 77 single-family homes, opens today in Dana Point.

Priced from $142,900 to $213,000, the homes are available in five one- or two-story floor plans with three or four bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths in 1,348 to 2,419 square feet of interior living space.

A project of WSL Development, the homes are within walking distance of Doheny Beach and San Juan Capistrano. The private, walled community is above Dana Point Marina. There is a monthly homeowners fee of $17.50.

Among the features are fireplaces in the master bedrooms, greenhouse windows in the kitchens and, in some plans, bay windows in the breakfast nooks. Occupancy is scheduled for April 15.

Four models, decorated by M. A. T. Commercial Interiors of Santa Ana, and the sales office, at 33461 Cape Bay Place, are open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk.
