Shine to Head Governmental Council Again

Jack B. Shine has been elected president of the governmental affairs council of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California, for the second year.
Shine, president and founder of First Financial Group, Encino, will head the council for another year as it addresses development and legislative issues in Los Angeles, Ventura and Santa Barbara coun ties.
In addition to heading the council, Shine is president-elect of the association and will assume leadership in October.
