2 Planners Sought:The city is accepting applications from Laguna Beach residents interested in filling out the unexpired terms of two planning commissioners. The openings, created by the recent resignations of Commissioners Ross Conner and Richard Frick, will be filled by the City Council at its April 16 meeting. Conner’s term of office was due to end July 1, but his replacement will serve until July, 1987. Frick’s successor will serve until July 1, 1987.
