Revenue-Sharing Allotments: The county Board of Supervisors on Tuesday granted nearly $40,000 from federal revenue sharing to two dance groups and the Easter Seal Society. A one-time grant of $10,000 was made to Relampago del Cielo Inc. to help the Santa Ana folkloric troupe survive a shortfall in its budget. The company performs and gives instruction in traditional Mexican dances. The St. Joseph Ballet Company, sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Orange, also will receive a one-time grant of $10,000 to enable the company to offer ballet instruction to public schoolchildren 9 to 19. The supervisors gave the Easter Seal Society $19,980 to expand a summer recreation program for the disabled. The six-week session of instruction in arts, crafts, swimming and bowling, now offered to youngsters ages 8 to 22, will be expanded to include children 4 to 7.
