Killer Bees Attack 2 Students; One Dies

CARACAS, Venezuela —
African killer bees attacked two college students on a field trip, killing one and seriously injuring the other, the daily newspaper El Nacional reported Tuesday.
The students, traveling in mountainous Guarico state south of Caracas, reportedly were trying to flee from the bees when they fell in a ravine and were attacked.
The newspaper identified the dead student as Angel Bagkard and his injured companion as Alberto Levis, both students at Simon Bolivar University here.
