A Santa Monica elementary school physical education teacher was booked on suspicion of molesting four girls, ages 7 to 11, at the school during the last two years. Investigators said Allan Juarez, 27, a teacher at Grant Elementary School, went to the city police station to surrender. Sgt. Roy McGinnis, who said the investigation began after a mother of one of the girls complained, described the alleged molestation as “basically . . . fondling.” Juarez was released on $5,000 bail.
