A 33-year-old construction worker, suspected of threatening to blow up Pacific Gas & Electric Co.’s electrical equipment if he was not paid millions of dollars, remained in the Sacramento County Jail without bail. Jerry Maurice Carroll of San Jose was arrested when he allegedly tried to pick up an unspecified amount of cash in Stockton, the FBI reported. The FBI said at least one more arrest is expected in the case, which it said is linked to the bombing of a PG&E; substation in Contra Costa County last month.
