Perceptronics Inc., Woodland Hills, said it was awarded two contracts totaling about $1.1 million for the development and installation of armor training systems for two undisclosed foreign governments. The larger contract, for about $700,000, is for development of a new version of the company’s MK series table-top gunnery simulator for the unidentified customer’s main battle tank.

The second contract, for about $450,000, was received from Australia for the provision of a microcomputer and videodisc-based simulator for command and control training of army personnel.

Wyle Laboratories, El Segundo, announced a reorganization of its electronic marketing group that splits the Los Angeles division into Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley divisions.

Deutsch Fastener Corp., El Segundo, has acquired the operations of Litton Fastener Corp., Lakewood. Terms were not disclosed.

Woodland Hills-based Informatics General Corp. acquired Software Services International of Ridgewood, N.J., for undisclosed terms.

Tandon Corp., Chatsworth, has granted a non-exclusive license under a key floppy-disk-drive patent to Matsushita Communications Industrial Co. and its parent company, Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Japan. Terms weren’t disclosed.
