Xerox unveiled plans to develop a site.

Preliminary plans are under consideration for long-range development of a new community along the Potomac River in Leesburg, Va., on a 2,267-acre site that Xerox owns, the company said. The proposed community would include corporate offices, residential units, a conference center, hotels and recreational facilities. The company’s Xerox realty group has begun discussions with local government officials.
