Transportations Bids Sought:The Orange County Community Development Council is requesting bids from qualified organizations to provide transportation services for low-income residents and senior citizens. Bids may cover services to one or both of the targeted groups and are due at council offices by May 15. Bid packages can be obtained by contacting the director of planning, 1440 East 1st St., Suite 101, Santa Ana 92701. The council is a private, nonprofit corporation that uses public and private funds to operate anti-poverty programs for county residents. For more information, call 547-6801.
