Like Sylvia Grossman (Letters, April 11), I, too, have been wondering about the rising gasoline prices and I am surprised that more people have not questioned these increases.
A month ago the price in the Burbank area for unleaded gasoline was $1.11, then on up--last week it was $1.21, Monday it was $1.23 and six days later it is $1.25.
I would certainly appreciate an answer from someone; meantime we are cutting down on our driving.
