Officers continued their investigation into the death of a 35-year-old man who was the victim of a gunshot wound to the neck, a Westminster police spokesman said. Paramedics treated Dung Sam late Friday at his apartment in the 7900 block of 10th Street, but he died after being transported to Humana Hospital of Westminster, Lt. Mike Ratliff said. No weapon had been recovered, Ratliff said, but police continued to “work this one around the clock.”
