A professor of gynecology and obstetrics at King-Drew Medical Center and the UCLA School of Medicine was identified as one of the victims of an Arizona plane crash last week that killed all four people on board. Dr. John A. Morris Jr., 58, had been participating in a volunteer service program at the Indian Reservation Hospital in Tuba City, Ariz., at the time of the accident. Weather was blamed for the crash of the Cessna 206 last Friday. It claimed the lives of Morris, a pregnant Indian woman Morris was transporting to a hospital, a nurse and the pilot of the craft.
