At least 40 people, including 13 juveniles, have been arrested in the Sierra foothills community of Grass Valley as part of a crackdown by authorities on drug sales near area high schools. Nevada County Sheriff Bill Heafey, who said he had arrest warrants for 13 more adults and three more juveniles, said an undercover agent had made 63 separate buys for marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamines and LSD in recent months in Grass Valley, about 50 miles northeast of Sacramento.
