Santa Ana Developer Moves to Palm Desert

M. B. Johnson Cos., a residential development firm with 25 years in the California building industry and formerly located at 400 N. Tustin Ave., Santa Ana, has moved its offices to 74140 El Paseo, Suite 3, Palm Desert.

The move from the Orange County location was prompted by a trio of new projects in the greater Palm Springs area. The first of the three developments is Laguna de la Paz, a 396-unit single-family home community in La Quinta.

Stan Smith Associates

Stan Smith Associates has announced its expansion and relocation of offices to 23011 Moulton Parkway, Suite A-15, Laguna Hills. The firm, previously located at 21691 Regal Way in El Toro, provides its clients with qualified services relating to landscape architecture, planning and research.

Lankford & Associates

Lankford & Associates Inc. will move its La Jolla offices from 1111 Prospect to the third floor of Regents Square, at 4275 Executive Drive, La Jolla. The 11-story, 180,000-square-foot building, the community’s first high-rise office building, was developed by Lankford and completed by the Nielsen Construction Co.

Lido Pacific Group

Lido Pacific Group is now well established at its new corporate headquarters in Irvine at 17752 Cowan St. The firm purchased the 16,000-square-foot facility in order to accommodate its expansion of services. Its former location was at 1901 Newport Beach Blvd., Costa Mesa.

Alliance Bank

Alliance Bank has leased 11,638 square feet of prime ground floor office space in the new Corporate Pointe development in Culver City for its new headquarters.

Formerly located at 6212 W. Slauson Ave., Culver City, the bank has moved to the One Hundred Corporate Pointe Building. The 15-year lease, negotiated by the Klabin Co. of Inglewood, is valued at $4.4 million.
