Car and Stole Taken From El Toro Home
An estimated $9,000 in property, including a car and a mink stole, were stolen from an El Toro home, a sheriff’s spokesman said Friday.
Lt. Dick Olson said a 57-year-old registered nurse returned home from work at 1:15 a.m. Friday and found her garage door open and her 1980 Toyota Celica gone.
Investigators believe burglars broke into a side bedroom window sometime after 7:15 p.m. Thursday.
Also taken in the burglary, Olson said, were a television set, videocassette recorder, a camera and the car and mink, valued at $3,000 and $5,000 respectively.
