Required Drug Tests
I note that San Diego’s director of personnel is recommending that drug tests be given to all prospective city employees.
Does he contemplate candidates for mayor, the City Council and city attorney also be tested, as prospective city employees? We voters need all the information we can get to make an intelligent decision in choosing our leaders.
