Quail Garden Homes Open in Northern San Diego Counnty

Ocean views are featured in many of the 47 single-family detached homes in the first phase of Quail Gardens, opening today in the northern San Diego County community of Leucadia.

The development of Quail Realty Inc. is projected for 153 three- and four-bedroom houses in four one- and two-story plans, with 1,552 to 2,101 square feet. Prices in the first phase range from $139,900 to $199,900 and first move-ins are scheduled for next month.

Features include front-yard landscaping and sprinklers, R-30 ceiling insulation, double-glazed windows, oak stair hand rails and trim, Closet Maid closet organizer systems and two-car attached garages with door openers and direct interior access.

Master suites feature private dressing areas and master baths with oval bathtubs and greenhouse windows as well as Corian pullman tops.

The sales office at 1160 Kildeer Court, reached from the westbound La Costa Avenue exit of Interstate 5, is open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk.
