Hardin-Pfeiffer Cycle Wins Baja Race

ENSENADA, Mexico —
Two Californians sharing a 500 cc motorcycle won the SCORE Baja International off-road race Saturday in 8 hours 33 minutes.
Hardin shared a Husqvarna 500 with Kurt Pfeiffer of Costa Mesa to win the 12th annual event.
The 447-mile course took 213 starters with vechiles ranging from race cars, trucks, four-wheel drives, motorcycles and all-terrain vehicles-through deserts and dry lake beds, along beaches and over mountains.
