More than 40 fathers delinquent in their child support payments were arrested as Los Angeles County Dist. Atty. Ira Reiner began his Father’s Day week crackdown on delinquent dads. One arrest occurred as a delinquent father crossed the border into the United States from Tijuana, a district attorney’s spokesman said. Reiner’s office hopes to net at least 200 of 400 men with outstanding county criminal warrants this week.
