RB Industries was the subject of an SEC filing.

Jeffrey Neuman, a Beverly Hills investor, said in the filing that he has boosted his stake in the firm to 7.8% from 5.3%. Neuman said he purchased 62,000 shares of RB Industries common stock between May 31 and June 12, increasing his holdings to 264,010 shares. He said he bought the stock in the Irvine-based furniture retailer solely as a long-term investment.
