Santa Monica
Santa Monica’s farmer’s market, an open-air market at the corner of Arizona and the Third Street Mall, will change its hours from July 10 to Aug. 28.
The Wednesday market, which has been open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., will be open from 2 to 8 p.m. for what has been dubbed the Summer Evening Farmer’s Market Festival.
The festival is designed to bring people to the mall during the evening. The market will feature produce stalls, live music, barbecues and sidewalk shops.
The Third Street Development Corp., a nonprofit corporation formed by the City of Santa Monica to revitalize the Third Street Mall, is sponsoring the festival.
