Man Climbs Fence, Boards Empty Plane

NEW YORK —
A man who said he wanted to go to Puerto Rico jumped a fence Thursday at Kennedy International Airport and climbed aboard an empty United Airlines Boeing 767, Port Authority police said.
The man was arrested inside the plane and charged with criminal trespass. He was taken to Queens Hospital Center for psychiatric evaluation.
