2 Scripps Ranch Buildings Purchased for $3 Million

Charles W. Hostler of San Diego has purchased two two-story office buildings, each containing 20,000 square feet of space, at 9948-68 Hybrid St. on the Scripps Ranch, San Diego, for $3 million, from City Industrial Ltd. Hostler was represented by Daum Business Properties Brokerage Co. and the seller by San Dieguito Capital.
