Mall Neighbor’s Complaint

Share

There ought to be a law!

Ever since the Westside Pavilion opened in early June the residential streets surrounding this shopping center have been treated like a giant parking lot.

Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday brightly colored advertising flyers have been placed under the windshield wipers of all the parked cars on these formerly well-maintained residential streets. Of course, you know where these papers end up--in our gutters, on our lawns, blown to our backyards.

What right does anyone have to touch these cars? It’s a violation of our personal property.

City Council and advertising distributors take notice!

We’re mad as hell and we aren’t going to take it any more. An ordinance must be passed to curtail these practices.
