Bradbury
Beatrice La Pisto-Kirtley, a member of the Bradbury Planning Commission, has been appointed to the City Council to represent District 5. The seat became vacant when Ron Westmyer, who had served since 1976, resigned. La Pisto-Kirtley’s term expires in April.
