Whitley Heights
Richard Lewis, a resident of Whitley Heights for 21 years, has been elected president of the hillside group’s civic association.
“Lewis is a strong advocate of historic preservation and enhancement of the old Hollywood movie and art colony,” a statement from the group said. Whitley Heights is near the Hollywood Bowl.
