Brittany Place Town Houses Open Today in Loma Linda

Brittany Place, a Citation Homes project that will include 135 hillside town houses in six phases, opens its first phase of 30 today (two had been sold by midweek) at 25740 Lawton Ave., Loma Linda, off Mountain View Avenue. Occupancy is scheduled for September.

In four floor plans, the one- and two-story units have two and three bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths in 1,245 to 1,492 square feet of space.

Prices range from $86,990 to $91,990. Qualifying buyers may obtain San Bernardino County bond financing at 9.65% interest (10.1% annual rate), while FHA, VA and conventional loans are also available. The community offers a swimming pool, spa and pool building maintained, along with other common areas and building exteriors, through a homeowners’ association monthly fee of $96.70.

Four models furnished by Carole Eichen Interiors are open daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
