Fourteen of the 31 town houses have been sold in the first phase of Royal Oak, a project of Sun Cal Investment Co. and Newport Harbor Construction Ltd. at 200 N. Glendora Ave., Covina. Prices range from $106,990 to $112,990 for two-story, two- or three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath units in four floor plans.

Single-family attached homes priced from $85,990 to $129,990 have been selling at the rate of two per week at the Oasis Country Club, a Covington Homes project on Pennsylvania Avenue off Country Club Drive in Palm Desert. There are four floor plans and the developer is offering, for a limited time, four buyer bonus plans worth up to $10,000.

Woodcrest Development Co. Inc. of Southern California has reported a total sales volume of $23.1 million for the quarter ending June 30. It consisted of 135 sales of single-family homes in four developments, Countrywalk and Sun Country in Yorba Linda, Villa Niguel in Laguna Niguel and Woodcrest Glen in San Diego. Prices averaged $170,000.

Sales totaled 145 homes and six custom lots in the Bernardo Heights community in Rancho Bernardo during the first six months of this year, called a record number by Genstar Southwest Development, developer of the community in which 11 firms are building.

Close-out bonuses of $5,000 are offered on the six homes remaining at midweek in the second phase of Encinitas Real, an InterState Builders Ltd. community off Mountain Vista drive east of El Camino Real in Encinitas. Houses in the community range from 1,325 to 1,600 square feet and prices of those remaining from $131,950 to $134,450.
