A man who has been shuttled back and forth between law enforcement officials in Santa Monica and Florida because of his alleged habit of exposing himself returned to Los Angeles, saying he can’t decide whether to become a body builder or a gospel singer. Weston Hill, 44, who was sent to Miami by Santa Monica Police Chief Jame Keane last March in retaliation for a Miami judge’s action in sending an often-convicted prostitute to Southern California, held a press conference at Los Angeles International Airport. He arrived in the company of Dade County, Fla., public defender James Evans, who acted as defense counsel when Hill was arrested in Miami for indecent exposure. Evans said he hopes to obtain psychiatric help for his client. “I’m just an ordinary citizen,” Hill said. “I feel capable of swimming with the heartbeat of Los Angeles.”
