Quarterback Dan Marino and owner Joe Robbie of the Miami Dolphins are back on speaking terms, after two weeks of bickering in the media. Marino left the Miami camp July 25, upset by the pace of his contract renegotiations.
Marino, who broke NFL passing records last season in leading the Dolphins to the Super Bowl, is in the third year of a four-year deal in which he will earn $2 million. Marino’s agent and Robbie met for the first time in two weeks Thursday.
