Leasing Under Way for Space in Hotel

Leasing is under way for 21,000 square feet of retail and office space formed during the $80-million renovation of the U. S. Grant Hotel in downtown San Diego, scheduled to be available in December.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in San Diego has been named exclusive leasing agent for 14,000 square feet of stores and offices along C Street and another 7,000 square feet inside the hotel. Spaces will range from 400 to 4,300 square feet.
