Robinson Ranch Development Opens in Trabuco Canyon

Ridgewood Development Inc.’s Country Series at Robinson Ranch opens today in Trabuco Canyon with 27 in a total of 73 single-family homes.

Priced from $109,990 to $149,990, the one- and two-story, two-to-four-bedroom homes are available in three floor plans with 971 to 1,621 square feet. First-phase lots are 10,000 square feet in size and include views.

Occupancy is scheduled for November, and the monthly homeowners fee, for landscaping maintenance, is 90 cents. The Paradise Group of Irvine was project architect, and Landscape Architecture of Costa Mesa designed the landscaping.

Three fully furnished models and a sales office are open daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 21195 Country Farm Lane, reached from the El Toro Road exit of the San Diego Freeway.
