Sterling completed its buy-out of Informatics.

Dallas-based Sterling Software paid $128 million--$27 each for more than 95% of the roughly 5 million shares of Informatics General, a much larger Woodland Hills software company--in a tender offer that concluded midnight Monday. The merged companies should have combined annual revenue of about $200 million, Sterling said.
