Carson
An amendment to a recently approved development agreement between the city and proponents of an 11-story Hilton hotel has been approved by Carson officials.
Officials agreed to allow the Feinberg Group, the developer of the proposed Civic Center hotel, to take on limited partners for the $23-million project.
The partnership also includes real estate investors Jack J. Jacobs, Martin Jacobs, Stanley Jacobs and Phil Furst, according to city staff. The Feinberg Group will still build and operate the hotel.
