Houston basketball recruit Tito Horford, declared ineligible to compete for the Cougars, has told the Houston Post that he plans to attend Kentucky.

“It is impossible to go to Houston now,” Horford said.

Horford, said to have been contacted illegally by a Houston assistant coach, is still bound to the Southwest Conference school pending a final appeal. A hearing on that is scheduled for Monday.
