Condo Project Under Way on Anaheim Site

Construction has begun on a 332-unit condominium project on Knott Avenue south of Ball Road in Anaheim.

Named Evergreen Village, the project is a joint venture of Los Alamitos-based State-Wide Developers Inc. and American Diversified Capital Corp. with Goodman/Hixson & Co. of Irvine handling sales.
