Country Glen Homes Open in Agoura

Country Glen, a development of 102 single-family homes in Agoura, opens today with 37 homes priced from $147,990 to $172,990.

Three floor plans are available with two to four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths and 1,321 to 1,908 square feet of space.

Among the features are wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile entries, family rooms and single- or two-story designs. The monthly homeowners fee is $80.

Warmington Homes is developing the project, expected to be ready for first move-ins in September.

The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 409 N. Oak Haven Court.
