Rules for Mobile Home Parks to Be Topic of Seminar
A one-day seminar on mobile home community rules and regulations will be held Sept. 13 at the Best Western Airtel, 7277 Valjean Ave., Van Nuys, sponsored by the Western Mobilehome Assn.
The session will cover park rules and regulations in detail, including those affecting residents, park facilities, lot and home maintenance and moving vehicles.
The seminar will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost for association members is $40 a person or $35 a person for two or more; for non-members, $60 a person or $55 a person for two or more. Details are available from the sponsor at 1121 L St., Suite 400, Sacramento 95814.
