The homes, 13 of which have been sold, offer two or three bedrooms and two, 2 1/2 or three baths in one- and two-story floor plans with 1,250 to 1,791 square feet of floor space. Prices range from $137,000 to $171,000. There is a monthly homeowners' association fee of $34.50 for maintenance of common areas.

The homes' architect is the Berkus Group and the developer is Shea Homes. Residents will have the use of hiking and riding trails and other recreational amenities of the planned San Juan Regional Park. Four model homes, decorated by Color Design Art, are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the Street of the Golden Lantern two miles south of Crown Valley Parkway. Coats Realty Inc. is the sales agent.
