The son of millionaire Jack-In-The-Box founder Robert O. Peterson was among five people named in a drug indictment unsealed in federal court Wednesday. Cris Carleton Peterson was charged with a count of conspiracy to import marijuana from Mexico via airplane.

Four others charged with the same offense were identified as Robert Dormae of Fallbrook, Louie Mendoza of Colorado, Richard Allen Andrews and Elmer Lou Krepel.

No addresses were given for Andrews, Krepel and the younger Peterson, who were being sought in connection with the charges. Dormae and Mendoza are free on bond.
