Presidential Arms Adviser to Be Named to NASA Post

TAMPA, Fla. —
President Reagan will nominate William R. Graham, chairman of the President’s General Advisory Committee on Arms Control and Disarmament, to be deputy administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the White House announced Thursday.
