Gary Holsapple was named vice president and manager for Torrey Pines Bank’s Regents Park branch. Torrey Pines Basnk also named William R. Preece as vice president and area administrator of its Rancho Santa Fe office. Maria McMeans has been named bank counsel and assistant vice president for Torrey Pine’s main office in Solana Beach.
