ORANGE COUNTY
Fred R. Ferrell, co-manager of The Hammond Co.’s San Diego branch has been named assistant vice president and manager of the Cypress branch of the Newport Beach-based mortgage banking firm. Ferrell replaces Ken Long who has moved to Hammond’s Newport Beach office as a loan representative.
