American Motors Corp., based in Southfield, Mich., has leases 37,562 square feet a 21530 Roscoe Blvd., Canoga Park, for a $3-million aggregate rental, to open a full-service dealership. The owner, Albor Properties, was represented by Coldwell Banker and Amc by Cushman & Wakefield.
