Air Express International Corp. named Hendrik J. Hartong Jr. chairman and chief executive, replacing Larence L. Rodberg, who resigned. The Darien, Conn.-based firm also named Guenter Rohmann president and chief operating officer. In a restructuring of the company’s North American business, Thomas Stack became vice president-operations, Robert J. O’Connell vice president-sales and L.P. Rodberg Western regional vice president.
