Shultz and Clark to Meet

OTTAWA — Secretary of State George P. Shultz will meet Oct. 27-28 in Calgary with External Affairs Minister Joe Clark, Canadian government officials confirmed. It will be one of their regular quarterly meetings to review bi-lateral and international issues.
