Financing Arranged for Valley Building

The Alison Co., Newport Beach, has arranged a $4.5-million loan through the Manufacturers Life Insurance Co. for Key Centers, Canoga Park. The loan was made to finance a three-story office building at 22801 Ventura Blvd., Woodland Hills.
