The Death of Orson Welles
Sadly, we will never know to what extent Orson Welles’ genius might have taken him and how much more of a legacy he would have left the world.
For some inexplicable reason, he was snubbed by the Hollywood studios and his full potential was never reached.
In recent years, his only claim to fame was a wine commercial and guest appearances on the Johnny Carson and Merv Griffin shows performing his famous magic tricks.
I feel cheated by Mr. Welles’ untimely death and angry that the insipid television show, “Three’s Company” airs not once but twice every night.
Senseless!
